Yes, our team will try to find free parking; however, if they are unable to, we will
ask you to cover these charges, which will be applied to your card after the clean
is complete.

The tenant is usually responsible for ensuring the property is clean before handing it back. However, landlords or letting agents may also arrange professional cleaning.

Rubbish removal isn’t always included in standard end of tenancy cleaning, but we can offer waste clearance or refer you to a licensed removal service. This must be arranged in advance.

This does not come as standard and would require the areas requiring cleaning to be assessed as scrubbing walls can cause damage to paint or abrasive on tiles.

Yes, the internal windows, frames and sills are included in your clean however hard to reach windows will require assessing to ensure they can be accessed safely by our cleaners.

This depends on the size and condition of the property. 1 bedroom flat: 3-4 hours, 2 bedroom house 4-6 hours, 3+ bedrooms: 6+ hours. We can confirm a more accurate time once we know the property details.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Changes and cancellations can be made by signing in to your account or emailing us at info@dirtymopcleaning.co.uk
